Chef Taylor

As a certified Chef, I’ve finally made the connection between what I eat and how I feel. My studies have taught me not only the science of food, but the science of the body. I enjoy working with individuals and groups, using food as a tool to restore balance to the body, by decreasing inflammation and giving it what it needs to heal itself.

Through diet, we are given the power, and the responsibility, to positively influence our health. What I find most exciting about nutrition, is that a few simple, easy and affordable changes can have a profound affect on how you feel. You can work on the cause of your health symptoms, and not just try to silence the symptoms. The more you take care of your body, through healthy diet and lifestyle choices, the better it will take care of you.
